Thank you for your interest in our firm. The following is but a brief glimpse of some of the qualifications and accomplishments of the members of our firm.

We are dedicated to representing those who have suffered injury due to the negligence or fault of others. Our firm has represented thousands of victims of corporate misconduct over the past 12 years. These include victims of auto accidents, professional malpractice, asbestos exposure, defective medical devices (i.e. defective heart valves, hip implants, etc.) and drugs like DES.

Members of our firm have spoken at various seminars including the International Public Interest Law Conference on Environmental Law sponsored by the University of Oregon as well as the Andrews Continuing Education Institute's Asbestos Litigation Conference. Our firm is active in numerous pro-victim groups including the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the National Academy of Trial Lawyers. We are also contributors to MARF or the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation whose mission is to eradicate the asbestos induced cancer mesothelioma and other victims organizations.

Our firm has played a leading role in asbestos litigation and has represented numerous trade unions and their members. We have been at the forefront of various environmental law issues as well as various areas of toxic torts.

Our attorneys are honest, dedicated and hard working and posses years of experience in handling cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. We are trial attorneys and will prosecute your case through trial if necessary. Members of our firm have obtained and collected on behalf of our clients numerous verdicts and settlements in excess of $1,000,000. We have obtained and had upheld through the appeals process a verdict in a single plaintiff's case in excess of $32,500,000.
